In 1958, Sir Neville Marriner, created the Academy, from a group of talented musicians in London, England. Since then, the Academy has gone on to produce over 500 releases, selling over 6.5 million copies. With a comprehensive training program, they have made the sound of the Academy recognizable around the world. They have performed globally including at Queen Elizabeth Hall, Conway Hall, Symphony Hall, and so many more. Internationally, the Academy is recognized for its effort to provide engaging and participation programs for people of all ages to learn about Classical music.
